• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast and all local taxes are included in the price. Breakfast is in form of buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can pay at your arrival, or at the check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 5 floors and lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have an excellent position with view on the Prague Castle and Czech government.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our rooms does not have a terrace or courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, we do not have balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have smoking and no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have TV and international channel,internet.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct telephone line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We have air conditioning rooms just in the upper floors. There is no charge for this. The building is 150 years old. There is no need to have fully air conditioned building.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have an Internet point in the property.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  It is possible to park in front of the hotel just 5 minute away from our hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can help you at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Aiport Ruzyne 12km, very easy to get there.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we may organize a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Hlavni nadrazi is the main train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but we are able to arrange it in other place, according to client needs.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are several in the neighbourhood just 10m from the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is a modem connection.
