• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speaks German, English, French, Spanish, Czech and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors all served with the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The residence is situated in a very calm and pieceful street (Opatovická) and the apartments are private, modern and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, De Luxe apartments have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in every apartment there is a Sat-Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in Standard apartments and it is free and seasonal.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not, but you can surf Internet at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there are a parking and a garage available with extra cost. Offer is limited by number of places, but you can park at the National Theatre, nearby the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Please ask at the reception and we will find the car with the best rental rate for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Letiste Ruzyne in Prague.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do but only on request, with extra cost and in acccording to the number of passangers being transferred (1-8).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The neraest railway stations are Holesovice and Hlavni Nadrazi; they are both 3 km from the residence.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome but only small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Each apartment has a Adsl cable connection available with extra cost.
