In case the booking is not cancelled three days prior to the arrival, the penalty charge equals the rate for one night. For the period from 28.12.08-01.01.09: 14 day(s) from check-in, before 18:00 100% of the total PREPAID NON REFUNDABLE RATE: Total amount will be charged upon reservation and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
