• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room/suite based upon double occupancy.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, Czech.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel has 3 floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms/suites are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Hradčany Suite only.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes. Only 1 (Arcimboldo).
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in all rooms/suites with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet point at the reception and cable connection in the room/suites - free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not in our residence but in our sister hotel Alchymist Grand Hotel and Spa.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available for an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The rent of the car can be arranged at the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Prague Ruzyně.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can provide a private pick up from the airport, for an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Hlavní Nádraží.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Fitness facilities are available at our sister hotel Alchymist Grand Hotel and Spa.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome for extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Restaurant Alchymist, offering Italian and international cuisine.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, cable connection in the room/suites - free of charge.
