• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Stated price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included only in the rate called Package. Otherwise it is not included. If package is chosen, there is daily Continental breakfast served either to the room or in Café Ebel.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, the heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible to settle the bill already upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German are spoken at our reception.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors in our building and yes, there is also a lift in here.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The whole residence is very romantic and on top there are several apartments e.g. Paris, which are the most romantic out of all. Large apartments e.g. Jerusalem, Paris, Roma and London with its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and living room allow our guests to keep their privacy when travelling with friends or other family members.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Both linens and towels are provided at no additional cost. Refreshment service is done every 3 days.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Berlin and Rio de Janeiro are attached to a small courtyard. London has got a terrace with the view over the Prague´s rooftops.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, except for the couryard and terrace as stated in question No. 9.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all of our apartments are considered non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In all of our apartments there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In each room of our apartments there is a telephone with the direct dialling. There is also a list with the world country codes in each apartment.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is individual climate control air-conditioning in all of our apartments except for Berlin, Rio de Janeiro and Singapore.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  In our large apartments there is a living room and kitchen where our guests could themselves prepare a meal and dine together. Serviced dining available at Café Ebel.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is a complimentary PC point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No within our property.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Outside parking is not allowed within our area (Old Town of Prague). Secured parking is arranged in Rudolfinum underground parking, at 3 min by car, and for an extra fee.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Residence Retezova cooperate with various rent-a-car companies, we would be happy to organise this service for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  International Airport Prague-Ruzyne. (IATA code: PRG, ICAO code: LKPR), 30 minutes by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is no complimentary pick up from the airport. We do arrange the pick up service at fix price per car up to 4 persons, standart size of luggage. Our Packages does include complimentary pick up as well as the long staying guests (up to 5 nights).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Main train station (Hlavni nadrazi) - 15 minutes by car.
  Holesovice train station - 15 minutes by car.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No. We still can give our guests the recommendations where to go for any kind of relaxation or exercising.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are allowed at additional cost.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is Café Ebel within our property which serves light snacks and desserts.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, high-speed - broadband Internet is complimentary provided in all of our aparments.
