• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices placed on the web site are per room/night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast, VAT and local taxes are included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  This is optional: you can pay at your arrival, or at the check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and some receptionists speak German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 5 floors and we have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms faced to the courtyard are quiter.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Unfortunatelly we do not have terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Unfortunatelly we do not have balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have smoking and non smoking floors as well.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There are telephones with direct dialling in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms facing the street have air conditioning which is on during hot days. There is no extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an Internet corner (free of charge).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Unfortunately we do not own swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking space is on request, in a garage or in guarded parking - both near to our Hotel and for an extra fee.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask the receptionist and we will assist you to rent a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport - Ruzyne - is about 20 km from our Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange a transfer from the airport for you for a fee.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is the Main railway station (Hlavni Nadrazi) and it is only 2 underground stops from us.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Unfortunately there is no fitness center in our Hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  We do not accept pets in our Hotel.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We serve only breakfast in our Hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Unfortunately it is not possible.
