  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    All offered prices are meant per apartment per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, it is. To make your stay in Prague even more comfortable, we will serve freshly made coffee and rich English breakfast in your room.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    All our staff speak English and Czech. Some of the staff can speak other languages as well.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 3 floors in the building. Elevator is at your disposal as well.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are quite, private and romantic, full of charm and unforgettable atmosphere.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not but one of our suites offer has a Winter garden.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Some of our apartments are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All apartments offer LCD TV with more than 200 international TV channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All apartments have direct dialling telephones.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All apartments have air conditioning and it is free of charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    There is a high-speed Internet connection in all apartments as well as in the meeting room and business centre. Internet connection is free of charge for our guests.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    There is no swimming pool in our Residence but our reception staff would be happy to find one for you as close as possible to the hotel.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Our Residence does not have any private parking but there is a parking lot 100 metres from our hotel.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Please contact our reception, we would be happy to arrange a car rental for you.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Prague's Ruzyne is the nearest airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not have a pickup or shuttle service included in the price but we would be happy to arrange one for you.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Smichovske Nadrazi or Hlavni Nadrazi (Main station) are the nearest railway stations to our Residence.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, we do not but one of the most exclusives fitness centers in town is only a 10 minutes walk from the hotel and we would be happy to arrange any activity there for you.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there is. Santini´s Bar & Café will welcome you with a charming atmosphere.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    There is a High-speed Internet connection in all apartments as well as in the meeting room and business centre. Internet connection is free of charge for our guests.
