• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per per room/suite.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast included, and it is buffet breakfast or breakfast a-la-carte.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 8 floors, all with lift available.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the Presidential Suite and the Savoy Suite.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  There is a non smoking floor.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has a satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, it is not seasonal, with no charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a business center, moreover Internet is available in the rooms/apartments.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a garage available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The concierge service will help you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Prague Ruzyne - PRG, 18 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, it is available for an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Praha Hlavni nadrazi - Prague Main Railway Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a Relax Center: fitness room, jacuzzi, sauna or steam room, professional masseuse.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The "Restaurant Hradčany" at the Hotel Savoy has distinguished itself with Prague's gourmets as a leader in innovative and exciting cuisine. Only the freshest ingredients, often imported from around the world, are used in creating both international dishes and hearty, traditional Czech meals.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
