• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  There is buffet breakfast, and it is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Czech, English and some German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors with no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have a small courtyard with some benches.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, one.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The whole hotel is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Rooms have just a ventilator, and it is included.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  At the reception we can put the computer at your disposal.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes on request, and for an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Not far from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Prague Ruzyne Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we can order taxi for you.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Hlavni Nadrazi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, for an extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
