• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All the prices are for one night for one suite for 2 people.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We take credit card details as a guarantee and we charge it when at check in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Italian, Spanish, Japaneese, Czech and Slovak.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Hotel has 6 floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Because we have suites, all of them are very spacious, private and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only our Presidential Suite does have a roof terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some type of the suites do have balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Of course, we do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV with satellite channels in every suite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in every suite.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there is an Internet point close by.
  There is Lan connection from every suite and at the reception there is WI FI for free.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, garage is available upon request.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car directly on the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Ruzyne Airport about 16 km from Hotel Suitehome.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange for you our hotel limousine transfer.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Hlavni nadrazi about 10 minutes far from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but because of the great location you can find a lot of fitness possibilities near the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are allowed with extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We serve only breakfast. There is no restaurant in the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. In the lobby there is free wireless access (there is no charge for this service).
