• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per night and include VAT and all the local taxes.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price but can be purchased separately.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Czech, English, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors in the building and we have 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  None of the rooms have a terrace. However, there is a very nice garden on ground floor accessible from the hotel restaurant and it is at our guests' disposal.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, our rooms do not have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have both smoking and non-smoking rooms and apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is TV with satellite programs and Pay TV programs in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is. IP telephone is also available.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  High speed internet is free of charge and available in each room and in the common areas.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We provide free, secure outdoor parking for our hotel guests. We also have a "park and fly" system.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  A big shopping center is situated about 10 km from the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Prague - Ruzyne is the nearest airport, only 2 minutes from our property.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we provide free shuttle service to the airport 24 hours a day.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Prague Hlavni Nadrazi is the nearest railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have a restaurant and a bar and they are open 24 hours.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is a free internet connection in each room and in the common areas.
