• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, and there is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Czech, English and some days German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are 4 apartments with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has got its own satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is the possibility to connect your own personal computer at the reception. Close by the Hotel there is an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes for an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can arrange it for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Prague Ruzyne airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can arrange a taxi transfert for you, or a minibus for 8 people.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Hlavni nadrazi (the main train station), it takes 10 minutes by tram.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there id an Italian restaurant from 11:30am till 11pm.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, but there is the possibility to connect your own personal computer at the reception.
