• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included, it is a cold-continental buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Czech, English, Italian, Spanish, French and Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel has an elevator, only the top floor needs a few steps to be reached.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, but we reccomend to specify what type of room you want before booking.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, a Sat-TV with many international channels is provided.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes and it is free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it must be booked in advance.

  We have many offers at the reception of car-rentals, the staff will help you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ruzyne, the main one in Prague,about 18 km from the centre.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, it should be booked in advance.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Hlavni Nadrazi, 1 km from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
