Arrived very 0700 and they already had a room ready for me and invted me for an extra day of breakfast free of charge. Fantastic hotel, great location, friendly helpful staff, highly recommended.

We stayed here for 4 days and it was great to have a kitchenette and refrigerator to use. The hotel is small so felt like a home away from home.

The hotel has a limousine service which we used to transport us to and from the airport. This service was always waiting on time for us and the driver was friendly and courteous.

We did realise small pets were allowed in the hotel but it was very disturbing at breakfast to have a person carrying a small(smelly) dog around the food display while guests were choosing their food and then having to sit at a table next to the same animal. We like animals but there is a place for them and it is certainly not around a breakfast buffet.

Excellent position on Old Town Square and short walking distances to all attractions, great restaurants, and shopping.We didnt have to use any public transport.Breakfast was excellently presented with a great variety of food, particularly having champagne.Rooms were modern and spacious. Bathroom was also spacious with a great variety of toiletries which were replenished each day.All staff were extremely courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.

The room was lovely - spacious, nicely decorated and very clean - and best of all the view of Our Lady of Tyn church from the windows!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Ventana Hotel. They went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. I will recommend The Ventana Hotel to anyone visiting Prague. We also loved the location.
