• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room/night.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast and all local taxes are included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and some receptionists speak French, German.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors in the building and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a terrace with a nice view of courtyard and roofs of neighbouring houses in the suite.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
  
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have several numbers of non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV set with satelite receiver in each room. There are the international channels (CNN, BBC, TV5, MTV, ZDF, RTL, Polsat) possible there.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone with direct dialling in all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Regarding to our experience there is no need for air conditioning in the rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Of course, you can be connected over the phone line to the Internet in your room and there is also an Internet corner in the reception. It is high speed Internet acces and it is free of charge.
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Unfortunatelly we do not have own swimming pool.
  
• Is parking or garage available?
  We can arrange a parking place for your car in the hotel nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Letiste Prague Ruzyne.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is the Main Railway station (Hlavni nadraži).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  With pleasure we welcome pets in our hotel at the complimentary price.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a very good restaurant in our hotel and also there is a lot of typical restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
