• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a hot buffet breakfast, and it is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, German and Czech.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our building has 2 floors and we have a lift but only for luggages.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, try one of our brand new designed rooms (chinese room, soft room, provence room).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but in spring, summer, autumn we have open our very nice garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, except one of them, the Chinese room.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes we have satellite tv directly in our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning without extra charge and all the year.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, it is near the reception desk, also we offer wireless Internet free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not at the Hotel, but in the summertime you can find in Prague many open air pools. Also in winter there are many swimming pools.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes we have 24 hours monitored by our camera system parking place the front of the Hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can organize it for our guests.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ruzyne Airport is only 15 minutes by car far away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On your request we can organize your pick up from the airport for an extra fee.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Hlavni Nadrazi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation room.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, of course free of charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, Restaurant Le Bistrot de Marlene one of the best french restaurants in Prague.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, we have wireless Internet connection free of charge.
