• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All offered prices are per room and night and include VAT and all local fees.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The buffet continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  The heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill on arrival or on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Czech, partly German, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and there is no lift in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided. Towels are changed every 2 days.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms have no terrace/courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms have no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have a satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning in the rooms.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is no dining room, only breakfast room open in the morning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an Internet/E-mail point in the Property.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is no parking available. We recommend public parking garage at J. Palacha Square, located within a five minutes walk from the pension.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can help you to find a car rental company on request.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Prague Ruzyne.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange the transfer from/to the airport upon request (this service is charged).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Main Station (Hlavni nadrazi).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Unfortunately, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  No pets are allowed in the pension.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is no restaurant in the Property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, connecting your modem is possible.
